Favorite Finds: Virtual Workouts

Life has changed significantly for all of us these past few months, which means a change in our behaviors. For wellness, that means that gym centers and boutique fitness classes are closed, so we’re having to make-do with what we have in our homes, or on the pavement outside. I was an avid boutique fitness junkie, so this was a big change for me, but one that I’ve come to love. Excited to share my favorite virtual workouts, but looking forward to hearing about your favorites too. What have you been enjoying during quarantine?

Obe Fitness

I’ve become quite obsessed with Obe fitness during quarantine. They have thousands of classes on-demand, as well as live classes daily. They offer a great mix of yoga, sculpt, HIIT, barre, pilates, etc. in 45 minute, 28 minute, or 10 minute increments. Truly customizable for your mood and time-frame. Here are a few of my favorite teachers and classes:

Madeline’s Sculpt Classes, Lulu’s Fire Flow Yoga Classes, Katherine’s Sculpt Classes, Melody’s Power Classes, & Adam’s Pilates Classes

Mindful Movement

Mallorie’s mindful movement class is brought to you via zoom every Tuesday and Thursday morning (with a bonus stretching class on Saturdays!) This dynamic 60-minute yoga, pilates, HITT hybrid class will help you slow down, reconnect, and transform from the inside out. You’ll leave this class feeling empowered and strong.

This 60-minute class is completely donation based — with 10% of all donations given to a different charity each month. Mallorie is very thoughtful about which charities she picks and goes into detail on the WHY behind her charity of choice.

Lia Bartha is a certified pilates instructor who started quarantine by posting 30-60 minute pilates classes on her IG feed. They were so successful, that she’s now launched her own platform for B, the Method. She’s super knowledgeable, patient, and her classes are seriously intense.
