Nursery Room Reveal

I had so much fun creating Daphne’s nursery! While I changed my mind about a million times, I couldn’t be happier with how it turned out. It’s calming, serene, and I just love spending time with Daphne in here — reading books, doing tummy time, feedings, diaper changes, and snuggling up together for a nap in the glider. It’s our special place, and I love making memories within these walls.

I especially love the framed dress above her crib as it was my grandmother’s dress when she was a baby!

Acrylic Bookcase, Art Print + Frame

We had an empty space next to the armoire that needed to be filled, and this Acrylic Bookcase was the perfect addition! I love it because it goes great in her nursery, but will also transition really well to a playroom someday! We added the ABC Art Print above it as it matched the paint color (Benjamin Moore’s Misted Green) and Rug perfectly!

On the opposite side of the room from the crib, is floor to ceiling windows with our glider in the corner. It may have taken 6 months to arrive, but it’s so comfortable and we love feeding Daphne here! The nightstand is an antique from my childhood home — it somehow has fit perfectly into every room I’ve had and I love that it matches the furniture for Daphne’s nursery.

I found this cute lamp on Maisonette (but ended up buying on Amazon for half the price!), and I love her rug which is part of the Rifle Paper Co. collection with Loloi — it was the first piece I bought!

Bellina Armoire, Sortjoy Organizational Bins, Hangers, Clothing Dividers (similar here), Art Print + Frame, and Acrylic Bookcase

Since we don’t have a closet in Daphne’s nursery, we had to get very creative with were to put her clothes. While we have her sleepers and more casual clothes in the dresser, we’ve put her more dressed up outfits on hangers. Below we have 10 Sortjoy Organizational Bins below which hold her bath towels, swaddles, sleep sacks, toys, books, and more! Keeping it organized has been really helpful so we know where to find everything. If you’re interested in buying the Sortjoy Organizational Bins, they were nice enough to give me a code for you all. You can use KJACOBS for 10% off your order.

Would you believe me if I said diaper changes are one of my favorite things to do with Daph? She is always soooo smiley while laying here — probably because she get a great view of New York City!

On top of her dresser, you’ll find a Sortjoy Organizational Bin, which holds all of her diapers. We also have a stack of Honest Cloths (to dry her bum after a diaper change), Acquafor, Diaper Cream Applicator, Nail Filer, and Honest Lotion (for after bath time!)

Hope you enjoyed taking a tour of Daphne’s nursery!
